Today, bring your attention to saying "thank you" at every available opportunity. Say "thank you" to the ground that holds you up, to the worker in the toll booth, to the computer upon which you are reading this blog post. Expressing thanks is a powerful elixir that just can't help but heal the dark, sad, fearful parts of you.
